This political cartoon is titled “Trump’s Big Beautiful Bill.” The foreground is dominated by images of people screaming in comic terror as they are being chased by a giant Schoolhouse-rock style bill in the background. The bill wears a button that reads, “I’m just a bill.”

A man and woman observe the scene from the upper right corner. The man says, "I was right. Musk WAS high.”
